“The villa is perfectly located,5 minute walking from Old Town, it was renewed recently. Room super clean and according to photos. The people are great, special mention to Sang, who is really nice , proposing things to do and taking care of all your needs. I highly recommend Square Villa!”

“My room had a few light fixtures that didnt work and one ceiling lamp was hanging halfway down the wall. Overall the most important parts (bathroom and bedding) were pristine, but the rest of the room (walls, floors, etc) left much to be desired. For the price its hard to complain though”

“The heritage hotel was lovely. Although older, it is well kept and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool is a refreshing spot to come back to in the late afternoon. The breakfast buffet is a wonderful way to start your day. Would stay here again! ”

“We booked 3 rooms at this hotel. All the rooms were old and dirty. The bathrooms were disgusting. Mold and mildew every where. Ceiling over the showers were peeling and flaking into the tub. The sleeping area was dark, musky odor, gnats, one room had a cockroach and my mother got freaked out and broke a glass then was charged $100,000dong. The pictures on website is a misrepresentation of the hotel. Hotel is old and dated. Only positive was the staff were super nice and helpful.”
