This thoughtfully maintained 3 bedroom home comfortably sleeps 6, features beautiful wood details, a spacious kitchen and dining room, an updated tiled bathroom, and a large primary bedroom with a king bed and memory foam topper. Enjoy coffee on the covered front porch and relax in the spacious living room.
Conveniently located minutes from ISU, Union Hospital, downtown, and I-70.

We respect our guests' privacy and will not be on site. Host is available by phone/text/platform messaging 8am-9pm.

Located in Terre Haute's historic Farrington's Grove neighborhood, this home sits on a corner lot of a quiet, residential street and is minutes away from all of Terre Haute's main attractions:

~5 minutes to Indiana State University

~5 minutes to Downtown Terre Haute & Terre Haute Convention Center

~5 minutes to Shopping, dining & local coffee spots

~6 minutes to Indiana State University Hulman Center (games & events)

Guests will have full access to the main level of the home.

The basement, attic and back entrance are currently closed to guest access as they are being used for supply storage.

Settle into the inviting living room with ample seating, a 55” Smart TV, and high-speed internet—great for movie nights or quiet evenings in.

Kitchen & Dining
The large, fully equipped kitchen is designed for real cooking, not just reheating leftovers. Enjoy meals together in the beautiful dining room with seating for six—perfect for family dinners, game nights, or working remotely with space to spread out.

Bathroom
The updated bathroom features classic tile flooring and modern fixtures while maintaining the home’s vintage charm.

Outdoor Space
The quaint covered front porch is a guest favorite—complete with a bistro table and chairs overlooking the tree-lined street. It’s an ideal spot for morning coffee or evening wind-down time.

*Please Note: The home has central heating but no central air conditioning. Oscillating fans and portable A/C units are provided for guest comfort in warmer months.

Guests may park in the 2 car driveway behind the home. Street parking is also available in front of or on the side of the home along 8th and Franklin.

While we welcome well-mannered pets, please note that the home does not have a fenced yard. Pet owners are kindly requested to keep pets leashed when outdoors and to pick up and dispose of all pet waste immediately.

Home features forced air heating but does not have central air conditioning. Window A/C units are provided for guest comfort during warmer months.

Prior to your stay, we may require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.
