AquaVerde by Contemporary Hotels

Contemporary Hotels is thrilled to introduce AquaVerde, Terrigal, the very best of a rural and coastal retreat and one of the finest properties on the Central Coast of NSW.

This five-acre, newly-renovated property offers flexible accommodation for multi-generations or groups of friends and is conveniently located less than an hour and a half from Sydney's CBD. AquaVerde features the main house which can sleep 11, the Pool Villa which sleeps two guests and Court Villa which sleeps two.

Set on five acres of beautiful bushland and pristine established gardens, AquaVerde is a magical mix of nature and ocean where guests will enjoy seeing an abundance of bird life, and the occasional wallaby, while overlooking spectacular views to beautiful Terrigal beach.

Guests looking to achieve a sense of calm will know they have arrived from the moment they drive into a beautiful winding, tree-lined driveway which opens to a manicured garden entrance to the four-bedroom main residence plus media room, study, two separate studio accommodations and gym and games room.

The heart of the house is the high-ceilinged living and dining area which opens onto a covered outdoor entertaining space with fireplace and two lounge areas overlooking its lush-green grounds, a 15-metre heated (at additional cost) swimming pool and spa, and a championship size tennis court. From here you can catch sea breezes and ocean views while enjoying a sense of complete seclusion and privacy.

The residence is only outdone in class and style by the two additional studios which take this magnificent property from impressive family retreat to a small resort.

Both studios boast impeccable designer furnishings and stunning bathrooms. The Court Villa has a small kitchen and its own outside patio seating six people where guests can entertain separate from the main residence. The flexible bedding in the pool house makes this beautiful studio its own hideaway for two or fabulous for sharing singles.

A fully-equipped gym nestled in the bush is perfect for your holiday workout, yoga class, private meditation or massage therapy space.

Children and young adults will love the games room in the main residence with darts and table tennis as well as the media room with oversized TV.

Every inclusion at AquaVerde has been carefully considered with the ultimate in comfort and ease in mind and after an extensive renovation, every detail from designer furniture and pillow menu is top of the line and brand new.

What the Owner Loves
Watching the sun rise over the ocean to the lush and expansive lawn is very special as is the abundant bird life and refreshing morning beach swims just five minutes down the road. The only interruption to this truly peaceful setting is when a family tennis tournament or one of the many outdoor activities kick off.

What We Love
We love the combination of privacy and convenience. AquaVerde is so close to the heart of Sydney yet incredibly private and peaceful. It is without doubt, one of the most spectacular properties on offer on the NSW Central Coast. The beach and trendy Terrigal shops are just a few minutes away and we love how the area has become the latest hot spot for foodies. With Sydney's high-end chefs now opening five star restaurants and local bars, it's time to put this area on your taste-testing bucket list.

What the Family Traveller Loves
There's no doubt this property has been designed with large families or groups of friends in mind. AquaVerde boasts space and style like no other property in the area. Catering for all scenarios, be it a delightful private garden room or private studio, all are impressive in their own right.
Guests will find it hard to leave this resort style accommodation but if they do, after a day out fishing, sailing, lunching or simply hitting the beach, a return to AquaVerde offers the perfect, restful break for all.
