For friends and families who want to be right in the action of Terrigal without compromising on space or entertainment, this is exactly that.



The Space:

Nautilus is a generously proportioned three-bedroom beach house sleeping up to 8 guests, set on a quiet Terrigal street just 600 metres from the sand. Light-filled, relaxed, and designed for groups who want to spread out — an open-plan living and dining zone, a dedicated games room with its own lounge, a large outdoor deck, and a backyard fire pit that becomes the natural gathering point every evening. This is a house that earns it keep the moment the group arrives, and the games room door opens.

The Location:

Six hundred metres from Terrigal Beach on a quiet residential street — a flat, easy walk to the sand, the surf, and the iconic rock pool. The Esplanade cafés, restaurants, and boutique shops are all within easy reach on foot. Whether it's a morning surf run, an afternoon beach session, or an evening walk to the Esplanade for dinner, everything Terrigal offers is right at the door. Location is what guests love most about Nautilus — and it shows.



The Games Room:

A dedicated games room with pool table and second lounge area gives the group its own entertainment hub — separate from the main living zone, perfect for late-night tournaments, rainy afternoons, and the kind of casual hanging-out that makes a group holiday genuinely memorable. On cool winter evenings it's the room nobody leaves.



The Deck & Fire Pit:

A large entertaining deck with outdoor dining and lounge zone flows from the open-plan living area — perfect for morning coffees, afternoon drinks, and group dinners under the stars. In the garden below, the fire pit is the evening centrepiece — whether it's a glass of wine and conversation or marshmallows and stories, this is where the best moments of most Nautilus stays happen.

A fully equipped kitchen ready for everything from quick beach breakfasts to a proper group feast. Open to the dining and living areas, it keeps the cook connected to the group throughout.

The Location:

Terrigal is the Central Coast's most vibrant beach town — and Nautilus puts you right at the center of it. The beach is 600 meters away. The Esplanade dining strip, the rock pool, the Boardwalk, and The Haven headland are all within easy walking distance. For day trips, Avoca Beach and North Avoca are minutes by car. Once you arrive at Nautilus, the car rarely needs to move.



Nautilus works in every season — but each one brings a different reason to love it. Summer means morning surfs, beach afternoons, and long deck dinners as the Terrigal evening comes to life around you. Autumn and spring bring quieter beaches and the Esplanade at its most relaxed.



Winter is when the fire pit and the games room earn their place entirely — cool clear evenings around the fire in the garden, the pool table running late, and Terrigal's best restaurants warm and unhurried just up the road. Other Things to Note:

Coast Hosting is a professional hosting company and will ask you to provide a digital copy of your ID prior to arrival. These details are required via a secure, online Guest Check in Form and the details are stored safely.



We also require a refundable security bond of $500, which will be held for the duration of your stay to cover any potential damages. This will be released within 7 days after your departure, provided there are no issues.

You will also be asked to provide your card details via the same secure online check-in form. These details are encrypted and securely processed through the Stripe payment gateway.



We are governed by and fully comply with strict privacy laws, and your card details will not be shared with any third party or retained beyond what is necessary to securely process the required payment or authorization.



Third-party bookings are generally not permitted. The person making the reservation must be one of the guests staying at the property and must be present for the duration of the booking.



The booking guest is responsible for providing accurate guest details, completing all required verification, agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, and accepting responsibility for the conduct of all guests during the stay.



Exceptions may be considered for legitimate third-party bookings made by recognized insurance companies, corporate organizations, relocation providers, or similar authorized entities. Supporting documentation or additional verification may be required.
