The Space:
Welcome to Bella Vista, your ideal family holiday retreat where Country meets Coast. Our spacious and tranquil 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, making it perfect for families and extended family gatherings.

** NB the rate is based on up to 6 people staying. Additional charges per person per night apply for each extra person over 6 guests up to 9 guests. Please let us know if you would like to include additional guests and we will let you know the additional charge.

This rural farm house combines the best of the country and the coast, being so close to the beach and surrounded by nature, wildlife and space. This property offers the best of both worlds: easy access to coastal attractions and a peaceful haven to unwind.

• Modern Conveniences: Fully equipped kitchen for family meals, plus BBQ area for alfresco dining. Terrigal offers excellent restaurants and cafes.
• Relaxation and Leisure: Unwind in the comfortable living spaces, enjoy a book in the garden, or take a leisurely walk along scenic coastal paths.
• Additional Features: Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washer and dryer, and free parking ensure a stress-free stay.

Accommodation Details:
• Bedrooms: Four bedrooms—one queen, two double beds, and one tri-bunk (single/double)—offering flexible sleeping arrangements for families.
• Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms, both with showers, one with laundry facilities.
• Living Spaces: Versatile living areas with an open-plan layout, offering plenty of natural light and space for everyone.
• Outdoor Areas: Expansive balcony with BBQ and dining space for 8, perfect for outdoor gatherings. The backyard provides extra space for kids to play and explore.
• Parking: Space for 3 cars on the driveway in front of the house.
• Convenience: Hairdryers, smart TVs, USB charging points, quality linen, and towels, high chair and portable 3 in 1 cot provided. The laundry room is equipped with a washer, dryer, and indoor clothesline.
• Amenities provided: Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher powder, laundry powder, toilet paper, cleaning products, coffee pods.

Local Attractions:
• Dining and Shopping: Enjoy fine dining at local favourites like The Cowrie and Bellyfish Cafe, or explore charming shops and boutiques in Terrigal's town centre.
• Local Food and Drink Crafters: Wineries, distilleries, chocolate, milk and cheese factories, pearl farm.
• Family Activities: Nearby playgrounds, rock pools, and scenic coastal walks. The whole family will love Terrigal Lagoon, where you can enjoy paddle boating and other water activities.
• Nature and Adventure: Discover the natural beauty of the area with a hike through Bouddi National Park or a visit to the Australian Reptile Park. For a relaxed day, simply lounge on the beach and soak up the sun.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire house, including all amenities and outdoor areas.

IMPORTANT
Before you arrive you will be asked to:
1. Complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
2. Choose between a refundable deposit of $500 (plus admin fee $15) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $50.
3. Sign our rental agreement

Guest Access:
You will have the house to yourselves. Access is via lock box on the property. You will receive access details prior to check in.

The Neighborhood:
Perched above the coastline, Scenic Highway offers stunning ocean views and a peaceful, relaxed atmosphere, while still being close to all the action. Just a few minutes’ drive (or a pleasant walk) takes you to Terrigal Beach and the lively Esplanade, filled with cafés, restaurants, boutiques, and bars.

It’s the perfect balance of quiet coastal living with easy access to local attractions like Avoca Beach, The Skillion lookout, and nearby national parks. Whether you’re after morning surf, sunset walks, or vibrant dining, everything is right at your doorstep.

Getting Around:
Getting Around from Scenic Highway, Terrigal

Terrigal Beach & Esplanade – Just a few minutes’ drive (or around a 15–20 min walk downhill) to the beach, cafés, restaurants, and shops.

Local Buses – Bus stops are located along Scenic Highway and nearby streets, connecting you to Terrigal, Erina Fair Shopping Centre, and Gosford Train Station.

Trains – The nearest major station is Gosford (about 20 mins by car), with regular services to Sydney and Newcastle.

Driving – Having a car is the most convenient way to explore. Terrigal is well connected to the Central Coast highlights like Avoca Beach, The Entrance, and Bouddi National Park.

Airport Access – Sydney Airport is about 1.5 hours away by car, depending on traffic.

Taxis & Rideshare – Uber, Ola, and local taxis operate in the area for easy trips if you prefer not to drive.

Picturesque surroundings with a genuine feeling of being at home, this place is both modern but cosy, elegant but not excessive. With less than 5 minutes drive to the hustle and bustle of Terrigal Beach- nights are peaceful and nature is uninterrupted. I can't wait to come again.
