The Space:

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by the warm glow of natural timber floors, creating a seamless connection between the indoors and the lush surroundings.



The spacious living and dining area is designed to flow effortlessly, making it the perfect space for entertaining or simply relaxing in the tranquility of nature. Large windows bring in an abundance of natural light, offering views of the tree tops.



The master bedroom is located on the lower level with an ensuite. Upstairs you will find the 3 other bedrooms with another bathroom with a bath and seperate w/c.



Enjoy an outdoor BBQ meal under the pergola at the back courtyard and your morning coffee on the wide balcony at the front of the home overlooking the trees.



Wth a unique sense of peace and privacy, this is more than just a home—it's a sanctuary among the trees, where every moment feels like a retreat into nature.



Guest Access:

Being a tree house there are steps up to the front door. The Canopy House has parking for multiple cars and plenty of on street parking also.

Terrigal also has easy access to nearby beaches like Avoca and Wamberal, as well as water activities at Terrigal Lagoon.



With a mix of relaxed coastal living and active leisure opportunities, Terrigal combines beautiful ocean views, outdoor adventures, and community charm, making it one of the most sought‑after spots on the Central Coast.



Other Things to Note:

Coast Hosting is a professional hosting company and will ask you to provide a digital copy of your ID prior to arrival. These details are required via a secure, online Guest Check in Form and the details are stored safely.



We also require a refundable security bond of $500, which will be held for the duration of your stay to cover any potential damages. This will be released within 7 days after your departure, provided there are no issues.

You will be asked to provide your card details via the same secure online check-in form. These details are encrypted and securely processed through the Stripe payment gateway.



We are governed by and fully comply with strict privacy laws, and your details will not be shared or retained.
