Hotel vicino a Terwillegar Park - Edmonton

“Everyone and everything was perfect. The only thing I would fix it the temperature of their hot food at breakfast. We ate at 7am and 630am and the *hot* food was luke warm.”

“The hotel is relatively new and looks nice and clean. The air conditioner in our first room didn’t work, but the hotel wouldn’t change our room until the repair tech couldn’t fix it, approximately an hour after we checked in. Kinda ridiculous! Anyway, everything else was fine.”

She never stated which one she charged or even asked us what card we want to use. “Beds. Beyond terrible. They mention every to has pillow top beds in every room. I can assure you that is a false claim. My lower back and my buddies who traveled with me will tell you the same. Room smelt musty and we were woke. Up literally every other hour. By some plumbing system kicking on and off. By far the worst stay I’ve had while visiting this part of the country. Please be aware before you stay.”

“Very good, rooms clean, breakfast great and amazing staff. Only complaint AC in room rattled so hard had to turn it off or would not have been able to sleep. Mostly business travellers and families. Clientele not shady.”
