“Room was clean , staff was friendly and helpful, could definitely update their beds, they were uncomfortable ”

“Good breakfast , beds aren’t very comfortable and the hotel is pretty dated . Our room looked like an animal had chewed the corners of the bed frame. ”

“The staff were all friendly all helpful. The room itself was decent, clean and somewhat updated. The hallways and stairwells could use a vacuuming - the high traffic areas (floors, walls, door handles, elevator, bathtub ) were in a bit of a rough state. If you are a light sleeper - do not stay here , the ceilings/floors and doors are paper thin. We listened to clanging doors, people running the hallway and stomping feet all night but the hotel was also packed this weekend so it was busy! ”

“Hotel isn’t in the best location but feels very safe. Older but very clean. Comfy king beds. Location was a couple min walk to cactus club for dinner and Ricky’s for breakfast in the morning ”

“Mina and Marilyn are the reasons why we keep coming back to this hotel. They are amazing people, kind and smile as soon as they see us. It’s like welcoming us home ”

“Staff was okay. Checked in and out was quick however property condition was okay. Room carpet was so dirty. Bed mattress was so old and some of them were making squeaky noise and not that firm enough for comfortable sleeping. ”

“This was a great hotel! We stay in tons of places for cheer and hockey and this was by far one of the best. Almost like it has sound proof walls, low noise and the complimentary breakfast was great! Really kind staff to top it off! ”

“Room was dirty bathroom was gross other than that staff was okay except the lady who checked us in was chewing on food and was annoying”

“Parking was simple. I always had a spot. Only request would be an in room microwave and clearer signage on where the fridge is. I didnt find it until the second night. Other then that, a great stay for what i would consider "a budget option". ”
