“Room could’ve been cleaner, the glass top on the nightstands has spills underneath that were not cleaned. The carpet was quite dirty behind the nightstands when accessing outlets. Bathroom was as expected, some areas of grout could’ve been attended too. Staff upon check in completely ignored us, and we waited for a long time prior to someone even being at the front desk which seemed odd for a Friday check in. We had the luggage carrier packed to the top and we weren’t offered any information...

“We’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times and never been disappointed. It’s clean, renovations are very nice. Pool area is very clean. Breakfast is better than your average hotel breaky with more like a restaurant feel seating. The staff in all areas of the hotel go above and beyond, especially at the breakfast. At the great rate on Expedia, I will be using this hotel again in the future.”

“No hot water for the evening - it was slightly lukewarm. Wife could not take a bath. Did not know I also had to pay an $25 per day for parking. The $25 adjacent Parkade was so old and so small that the Honda minivan could barely clear the ceiling. Good thing I did not take my truck and when we parked the spots were so small that either I had to crawl across to the passenger side to get out or had to stop in the middle of Parkade to let everybody out.
