“Room was clean, bed was comfortable, kitchen was good. Sofa (bed) wasn’t very comfortable to sit on and shower pressure was low”

“Always liked this place but a few things this time makes me think things are going a little downhill. First, the temperature in the rooms was sweltering and there was nothing you could do to adjust it, other than opening up the sliding door to the little balcony. They did send us up a a fan but evenings were hard to sleep through. Worse was the temperature in the gym. Felt like you were working out in Death Valley in the middle of the summer. “The toilet in the washroom flushed by itself every 30-45 minutes and when we told about it to the front desk lady she did not even apologized about and felt bad even we said we had a restless night because of the washroom toilet flushing every 30-45 mins. ”

“The property has been renovated and is nice . The lobby is welcoming and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is worth the up charge because the hotel is quite isolated and if it offered a good selection of freshly prepared food . Most of the staff we interacted with were pleasant . The housekeeping service in our room was unacceptable. I cant recommend this Hilton based on our experience. ”

“Close to Edmonton arena, restaurant at hotel reasonable , good food, rooms and hotel better than expected. Stayed in King Suite, parking on site, would recommend if going to an Oilers game downtown, 20 min from Edmonton Mall”
