There was no continental breakfast as stated in the advertisement. The hotel name is not what is stated on the advertisement. The bed was nice. The shower fan was extremely loud.

The room didn’t have a working TV or blankets. The app said they have breakfast but they are ‘remodeling’ and not allowed to serve breakfast. Coffee wasn’t available in the room.

This was by far the most disgusting place I've ever stayed. And to be told by the front desk that I get what i pay for. 1st, I reserved 2 rooms with king beds and got 2 double beds. Ok whatever fine. Then you get to the rooms. Stale cigarette smell, bugs, the sheets and towels visually dirty. Floor sticky and dirty. Cigarette marks all over the sinks and tubs. Garbage under the bed, bug carcasses. Tub so dirty i felt like showering would make me dirtier. The door was dirty, duck tapped and nog secure. Neighbors yelling all night with no interference from the front desk. Listed for breakfast (as per search stipulation) and has no breakfast despite even having a sign in front for it. Absolutely disgusting

The website clearly shows breakfast and Wi-Fi. There's no breakfast and the Wi-Fi was not working at all. Also Dusty or dirty towels folded like fresh.

The staff were amazing. I have zero complaints about the staff. My issues is that it was never reported on the hotels.com app that this hotel was going through major renovations. I had booked a king non smoking but because of the renovations, i was stuck with 2 doubles and it was a a smoking room. The door to the room was damaged, it latched but did not close completely. The inside door handle was surrounded by duct tape. I did not sleep well because of the issue with the door. We were traveling from PA to College Station, TX because my step daughter was graduating. It was late and we were too exhaused to look for another one. smoking room.

The breakfast is not a thing only coffee. the night time security is annoying, rude,nosey, and a lier. He told me stories of him shooting black and brown people while he was on the force in Florida. There is so much more like not having a blanket on the first night, my door not latching all the way Please if you do get a room here be there before 10pm the day shift was amazing.

1st room 107 had a cockroach, on the night stand. I got transferred to another room next door and it had roaches also. The bed linen had not been changed also. I had to sleep on top of the bed, I had been on the road for 10 hours, and was too exhausted to get moved again. The staff were nice, but unfortunately the state of the premises let everything down.

If you love cold showers and less than secure rooms, this is the place for you. Our room had paper stuck in the peep hole as the peep hole was literally an open hole. The deadbolt was very rattly like it was barely in the frame. And forget any other lock or chain. Also lots of space around the door that someone in the know could have easily unlocked the door from the inside. No hot water in the sink or shower. The curtain / shade blocks people from looking in, but definitely did nothing to block the light. (See pic of dark room) Roaches noted in the room as well. Reservation system notes continental breakfast. That is a lie. Staff noted that the breakfast hasn't happened in over a year because "we are waiting on our juice machine to arrive." Ice machine is the same, but it probably would have been less than clean if they did have one. The staff was friendly and the bed was ok, but the other problems outweigh those.

Room had poor maintenance. No strike plate on the door. The door was only held closed by a thin strip of old wood. Dead bugs on the floor. Cigarette burns on the sheet. We had to ask for blankets. The pictures looked nothing like the facility. The room was dirty, dingy, the lights in the bathroom didn't work, the sheets and towels where stained. The walls where stained, the curtains where stained. The light by the bed was so hot it burned my hand to turn it off. There where multiple roaches in the room. The room smelled like bug spray. The floor was warped and uneven. The cops where there twice in one night to arrest derelicts. The entire facility was grimy and dirty. Its evident the owner has no care for his clientele. My friend got sick from the room smelling like bug spray. I didn't even want to take a shower as the bathroom had no light and the shower itself looked grimy and unappealing. The bed only had one sheet and one stained pillow that stank. The mattress sank in the middle and was lumpy and uncomfortable. The entire property stank like mildew and trash.
