“Super clean nice staff. Could use a hot tub. Only giving 4 stars cause the pillows sucked they were literally folded in half inside of the pillowcase. The front was nice about it and they gave us more when we asked. Also the ice machines were broken on the top floor”

“The hot tub was out of order, and this was one of the main reasons I booked at this hotel. It would be great if the website could indicate when amenities that are promised are not available. Additionally, the hotel reception was not really friendly. The lady who checked me in seemed annoyed. She wasn't rude, but not very welcoming. I called the hotel desk later to request a blanket for the pull-out bed, since there was not one provided in the room. I had to call three times before anyone picked...

“Room was basic, but pretty clean. Good location near the interstate but set back a bit - next to a mall. Staff was friendly and helpful.”

“Unfortunately it was the worst hotel I ever been! Durty, the bathtub was in a very bad shape… the continental breakfast was very bad …the parking full of old furniture and mattress. It was a really horrible experience!”

“Pool was filled in with cement,ac didn’t work moved room and no cold water so couldn’t shower,loud guest sitting in car drinking and smoking honking horn at 1030pm.Horrible stay and no breakfast or any amenities,tv didn’t show picture well ”

“There were vagrants in the parking lot that were harassing and aggressive. Would not recommend to any person traveling solo. Felt highly unsafe. ”

“The room was not clean their was piss on the toilet food on the door of the fridge & it took them over a hour after calling & going down stairs for them to send someone to fix the microwave so I could eat and I'm a diabetic that is not acceptable.”
