“Staff very helpful and the restaurant very good”

“Front desk staff was friendly and the hotel was extremely clean.”

“We booked it because on line it was a rate 9 and we thought with that rate, they would have a fridge in the room and they did not so we had to get two buckets of ice to keep our medication cold . it was a disappointed. Needed help with the TV and front desk said she had no one. Try to plug our phones in to charge them and the strip did not work. The room did not look like what they post of the pictures online.”

“The late night staff member at check-in was amazing. She was extremely helpful and made the process easy. Love the room’s amenities and will definitely choose this hotel brand to stay at in the future.”

“The hotel is probably the nicest in Texarkana. The bed was comfortable and the hotel smelled really good. Breakfast was good (and included) and the bar was decorated in a cute tiki theme. Friendly staff”

“The room was basic but clean. Bathroom was clean. The outside property looks rundown and you probably wouldn’t want to spend a week but for traveling it’s great.”

“My room flooded when I come back and had to switch room in the middle of night the pool didn't work my whole stay”

“The carpet in the room was very nasty if you walked on it your feet would be black on the bottom. The room smelled like cat urine really bad. The entire hotel was hot. The elevator were not working right. Over all not good at all.”
