“The hot tub was out of order, and this was one of the main reasons I booked at this hotel. It would be great if the website could indicate when amenities that are promised are not available. Additionally, the hotel reception was not really friendly. The lady who checked me in seemed annoyed. She wasn't rude, but not very welcoming. I called the hotel desk later to request a blanket for the pull-out bed, since there was not one provided in the room. I had to call three times before anyone picked...

“The room was cool, it was not worth the money. The tub had a chip in it. The doors and walls had food stains. The refrigerator was old. old model tv. ”

“As I approach the front desk clerk was a very nice person and welcomed me, she took me thru the check in in good manner and answered my questions with the right answer, room was very clean and comfortable beds, I won’t hesitate to return.”

“There were vagrants in the parking lot that were harassing and aggressive. Would not recommend to any person traveling solo. Felt highly unsafe. ”

“The room was not clean their was piss on the toilet food on the door of the fridge & it took them over a hour after calling & going down stairs for them to send someone to fix the microwave so I could eat and I'm a diabetic that is not acceptable.”
