“My room was okay. The front desk was terrible. Could not understand English. I reported that my phone on my desk in room 209 did not work. I was told by the lady, in broken English, that I could not call outside the hotel. I was very frightened. The pool was closed. I was initially told the pool was out of season. At a separate time. I was told the pool was closed due to a chemical imbalance, but it should open in a few days. The pool remained closed. The sun was out, and nowhere to sit. Not...

“The only signage for the motel is the ok motel. The property in generally was poorly kept, the room was sparse and smelled heavily of cleaner, the neighborhood was questionable. I am surprised this hotel is on HOTELS.com at all. Never met with the staff, I did receive a phone call advising of the signage. “This property is old and not well maintained. While the room was clean(ish) the common areas like hallways, stairs, and elevator were dirty. Stains on carpeting, stains on bedding, stains on towels! Patchwork repairs such as mismatch pain etc everywhere. While the front desk staff was nice, there was zero hostility! I asked for extra pillows and a blanket which took 24 hrs to arrive. I stayed 4-nights and never had maid service once. And when I asked for maid service I was told no cuz they were...

“Everybody was great, rooms were clean, no shower mats though with a very slippery shower. I had to hold on to something to stand in the shower. Called the front desk they didn't have any. Breakfast was good though”
