“Wonderful hotel! The people working there could not be more kind and helpful—especially Lance, bellman, and Bridget at the front desk. Fabulous room, great amenities. Fresh chocolate chip cookies welcomed me in the room (delicious!). The gym even had an indoor track! Wish I got to experience more of the Village. Will def stay here when in Dallas! ”

“Located next to the highway and our room faced the Highway, you could hear the traffic noise all night long. Window treatments are too short and do not block the sun. There is a shade cover underneath too, but that is transparent too. Bed was comfy and room was spacious but -Glad I was only there one night because it was difficult to sleep. ”

“Both Expedia and the Hotel website said parking overnight was included in the price. The hotel requires approximately $30 a night additional fees to Park. Additionally, you’re not allowed in the courtyard during breakfast. The property was in a general state of disrepair, for example, elevator buttons didn’t work and trash cans were nonexistent in the room. ”

“Everything was excellent except the TV's are very outdated and need to be replaced.”

“The apartment was lovely and spacious. Great location for our needs. We had a good stay but it could have been great with a few more simple amenities. There was no dresser space, only 2 pants hangers in the closet and only one towel hook in the bathroom. With no drawers for clothing luggage racks would have been helpful.”

“The room’s chairs were dirty with hair, the bedding had stains and one of the sheets had blood. I requested extra items including a blanket due to the dirtiness and didn’t get the items until past midnight when someone knocked on the door. I requested the items through the app twice and also called. The person still brought the wrong items so I asked a friend to bring them instead. “Clean; great amenities ”

“We went for a few days with my husband and 2 elementary aged boys. Unfortunately our room was not ready at check in but overall we absolutely loved our stay. The staff is extremely friendly. The rooftop restaurant had great views, drinks and food. Pizza and cocktails at the pool were delicious. The pool was clean, beautiful and well maintained. The loungers are very close to the pool so had to make sure the boys weren’t wetting guests. The room was also clean, spacious for two carry ons. No tub...
