“We had such a wonderful night at the Frances Modern Inn. Their room 15 is a gorgeous two story suite with a perfectly curated apartment feel, just with all of the amenities of a five star hotel. The staff went out of their way to help us with parking and even left birthday cupcakes for my husband. There is a beautiful patio and courtyard to hang out in before even arriving in the suite. The suite itself has a very comfortable bed and linens, was incredibly clean, and had a beautiful clawfoot...

“The staff was amazing. They helped me figure out a game plan to get hot water to my room so I could make lemon water and the bar staff was so friendly. Even the valets were friendly and accommodating. The room was very cool and they even did turndown service while I was out and about. The bed was comfy, the shower was amazing, and overall I enjoyed staying here”

“This hotel was beautiful, unique, clean, cozy and the views were incredible. I also loved the digital system for the valet bc I could tip each valet at the end of my stay and summon the car from my phone in the comfort of my room. The staff was so friendly and helpful and accommodating! I also loved the digital check out process.”

“When we were greeted with margaritas, I knew I booked the right hotel! Right off of 6th street in the midst of everything going on. We enjoyed the diner connected to the hotel which had really good food. Valet and front desk staff were all 10/10. The only thing I didn't like in the room is the mini cooler didn't get cool enough to keep drinks in there or food. Other than that I would highly recommend!”

“I stayed at the H.I. downtown to attend a conference nearby and my overall experience was positive. I was greeted at the front desk by a friendly and helpful staff member and provided with 2 free bottles of spring water for my 2-night stay. The parking was easy to navigate and I felt safe in the parking garage. My room was a corner room with a balcony and was quite spacious and clean. I did not eat the free breakfast because that was also provided at the conference I attended down the street. ...

“Multiple days of additional charges of amenity fees and parking add up quick. Found out about the guest happy hour in the cafe on the second day of our trip, free glass of sparkling wine was nice. It was rainy and overcast for most of our trip so we couldn’t use the pool. Water seemed a bit chilly so it would be nice on a very warm day. No in room coffee. No fridge for personal food and beverage, just mini bar options. Deluxe king room was immediately behind dog daycare/boarding, could hear dogs...

E' un landmark di riferimento con buoni spazi comuni ma per quanto riguarda le camere e soiprattutto i bagni sono entrambi angusti e non particolarmente gradevoli. Per un prossimo soggiorno preferirei certamente una delle tantissime strutture più moderne presenti nelle immediate vicinanze.”

“The staff were amazing. The valet even helped us get and set up the uber app that we had never used. Check in was prompt and easy. The room was very clean and the bed was great. The bathroom area lighting was not as bright as I would prefer, likely due to the black decor. I was disappointed that the only in room coffee option was Nespresso, not a fan so I had to leave the room to get coffee from the coffee shop. The lack of a microwave was also disappointing. ”

“This hotel is in the middle of downtown Austin. It is very loud and has a lot of homeless in the area. There is construction right. Ow and it was very difficult to get to the property. Check-in was great. Helpful customer service. Parking is $55 for self parking. I was told if I wanted to valet it would be $75. The location is right by I-35.
