“Stanza che affacciava sul parcheggio, dotata di sole tende oscuranti (quelle notturna), la scelta è stata: zero illuminazione o zero privacy. La tenda del bagno non era impermeabile, quando ce ne siamo accorti il bagno era già tutto allagato. “INCONSIDERATE STAFF - other stays have been enjoyable this one was deplorable. The staff doesn’t care about your $400 vacation. We arrived on Friday night and unbeknownst to us we were put directly under the rooms being renovated on the second floor. Saturday morning, when the constant hammering began, we understood and left the room we paid for, until 4.30. “Staff was super friendly when we checked in and with anything we needed. The room spelled very bad when we arrived though, when we opened the pull out couch a bunch of popcorn fell out onto the floor as well as dirty socks from the previous guests. “I had cold water to take a shower while was there. I had to pay when I arrived there. It was 2.21 then when I left it said I had to pay for parking when I didn’t even rented a car. My receipt said $10 when I left the hotel I’m confused. Why did I even pay anything at the hotel???”
