“Overall the stay was pleasant and staff was helpful and friendly. But right before leaving on the day of checkout, we were throughly embarrassed by a staff member in the dining room. It was eventually sorted out after i told the hostess but by then my husband was so humiliated he left the dining room already. Kind of soured the experience.”

“Zero customer service. Checked with reception before booking to make sure I could use the pool because my current hotel pool was not working. I was assured it was working and available but after booking and checking in I found the pool closed. Reception simply said it closes at 7pm and that it was in the paper I signed after I booked and paid for the room. After complaining and asking for management to be informed they told me by text message at 11pm I could use the pool. Too little, late....
