“The accommodation is acceptable though it is not my standard of accommodation. The owners are exceptional people with great service. The relationship is like family and we became friends too. The guesthouse is really cute and more suited for young people, backpackers kind. As I'm older and seek high standard of creature comforts, it is still acceptable as everywhere was full. Phong, his wife & their 2 little cute daughters made up for it! However, 1 big setback was that it was along the highway...

“Absolutely loved our few days here. Off season so it was quiet and at times the staff outnumbered us 3 to 1. They were unfailingly friendly, and everyone customer-facing spoke at least basic tourist English which I didn't expect but which was welcome - despite our best efforts for months, our Vietnamese is pitiful! A few staff spoke very good English, too.

“Das Hotel Haven können wir empfehlen.
Es liegt direkt am Strand.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon und Blick auf den Strand. Das Zimmer war genügend groß, bot alles, was man im Urlaub braucht.
Es gab Strandhandtücher und eine Strandtasche.
Zimmer und Bad waren sauber.
Auf dem Flur stand ein großer Wasserbehälter zum Nachfüllen des Trinkwassers.
Im zugehörenden Restaurant gab es Frühstück (kontinental, aber auch Phở).

“Great hotel in QN near both the main Esplanade and the beach. Lots of restaurants and coffee houses nearby. Hotel is large spacious and modern with decent amenities and soundproofing. Western style beds were great. English television and movie channels were a bonus.
Had dinner at the attached restaurant on the ground floor and was quite disappointed. Meat too tough to eat and the smallest glass of wine I’ve seen in Vietnam lol. ”
