We stayed here as a family of four (two adults and two kids under 12). Since the rooms only accommodate two people, we booked two rooms and requested in advance that they be next to each other. At check-in, we were told we would get connecting rooms, but a few minutes later, we were informed it wasn’t available. Instead, we were placed in rooms two doors apart, which wasn’t ideal as we had to split up with the kids.
One night, the guests in the next room tried to open the connecting door and were also quite loud. I didn’t report it at the time as I didn’t want to create any issues, but it was disruptive.
Aside from that, the rooms themselves were spacious, bright, and comfortable, although the storage system could have been better (very few hooks for our things). The breakfast buffet was very good with a wide variety of choices, and our kids especially enjoyed swimming twice a day in the pool. The location was also convenient, within walking distance to lots of local food options, and there’s even a basement passage to Vincom Mall next door, which was very handy on rainy days.
Overall, aside from the room arrangement issue and minor storage inconvenience, everything else was wonderful, and we enjoyed our stay.
