A passageway with a large cupboard for the house's laundry leads to the open-plan, generously equipped kitchen, which leaves nothing to be desired.Both rooms opposite each other have access to a spacious, covered loggia, which is furnished with a table and wicker chairs, making it very pleasant to spend time outdoors. You can also admire the evening sunsets from here. With access from the kitchen, a second shower room with WC has been installed, which has proved its worth when the villa is heavily occupied.Above the house is a terraced garden with fruit trees and a vine arbour. This is a great place for adults to relax and for children to play.
