“The manager gave us two rooms. In both rooms the A/C put out such a foul smell that we could not stay there. When we asked for a refund he did not argue. Gave us a refund and was very nice about it.”

Abbiamo segnalato la cosa alla reception la mattina e ci è stato detto che ci avrebbero dato un riscontro via e-mail (abbiamo lasciato l’hotel) ma sono passati due giorni e non è successo nulla. ”

When we first checked in, our room was on the second floor, and even walking down the hallway felt unsafe because there were several soft spots in the floor that made it feel like you could fall through. Once we got into the room, there was a strong unpleasant odor, so we requested to be moved. The second room didn’t leave a much better impression. “The staff was nice and made sure my room was clean. Parking was good. In order to get breakfast I’m guessing you have to be up at 6 when it’s served.”
