“Parking was fine and breakfast was ok. The rest was not so”

“The room I had wasn’t cleaned thoroughly for an employee to tell me they just renovated when it had hair in the tub,sink,and in the fridge even. Stains on the sheets, the floor was dusty like it hasn’t been swept/mopped .it seems no one is checking behind the lady who cleans. I just won’t be returning here. ”

“Great continental breakfast! Nice, clean room, comfy bed! Safe, clean, well lit parking lot! The manager Tina was very helpful and so friendly!”

“La camera aveva un odore di muffa. La notte ci siamo accorti che c’erano delle blatte (piccoli scarafaggi) che giravano intorno alla televisione. Abbiamo segnalato la cosa alla reception la mattina e ci è stato detto che ci avrebbero dato un riscontro via e-mail (abbiamo lasciato l’hotel) ma sono passati due giorni e non è successo nulla. ”

“The breakfast was an absolute joke I wouldn’t have fed it to my dog…. There were obvious illegal activities going on throughout the entire night, sketchy people just hanging out in vehicles in the parking lot, ultimately this is not a place you want to stay the whole city is disgusting and very very uncomfortable. I only stayed 2 nights and between those two nights I might have gotten 5hrs of sleep due to the fact I felt the need to constantly check to make sure my vehicle was not being messed...

“L'hotel è già,di suo, di ottimo livello. Ma se ci aggiungiamo l'aperitivo (stuzzichini e birra a volontà) dal lunedi al giovedì lo rende uno dei migliori hotel dei 13 viaggi in usa. Peccato per la solita posizione vicina alla highway senza infamia e senza lode”

“Went for relaxation while in the city . Lobby was clean spacious and updated . Check in went smooth . One of the elevators was out , understandable , but the hotel was also hosting a mixer in the front of the building . So wait for elevator was a bit long. Room was spacious ,but dated and aged, with purple walls and turquoise curtains . Not a big deal for a night or two but there was “event” being held in front of the building , music blared until 1030 or so . Called down , Cade in guest...

“No pool as advertise on Expedia but did received email from hotel prior to arrival. Stove didn’t work and was never fixed during my stay. Staff very courteous and available. Room/bathroom clean with basic supplies. Thank you.”

“Albergo sporchissimo, abbiamo dovuto pulire noi il pavimento della stanza con teli bagno, tornati neri (vedere le foto). Climatizzatore molto rumoroso, ascensore fermo per guasto, niente wifi, personale che comincia i lavori alle 5 del mattino... esperienza terribile. ”
