“We were in town for a conference and ended up arriving early. We arrived before check in, but the friendly staff were kind enough to help us by holding onto our luggage until we returned to the hotel. Over all, a very pleasant stay.👍👍👍”

“The hotel was being renovated, and this was not noted on the Expedia Website when we booked. We checked into our room, unpacked and found that the TV did not work. They were unable to fix it and we had to move to another room - fortunately it was next door. We were traveling with other family members and had a total of 4 rooms - all of us had issues with our key cards not working and had to have them replaced a few times over 2 days. One room was right over the front doors and our family...

“The staff was friendly, but we didn't get room service any of the days we stayed (we were there 4 nights and did not ever have a do not disturb sign on the door). By the third day we were promised our room would get cleaned but it never did. Otherwise, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were quiet, the pool was indoor and nice.”

“Terrible stay. No Hot Water! When I called, the front desk said that the maintenance man would work on it when he arrived at 8. No effort was made to get this problem fixed sooner. No offer was made to do anything at all about the fact that I had to leave by 8 and couldn't wash my hair due to frigid water. The parking lot is far too dark. Further, the front desk announced to me that the front doors were the only way in. When I was leaving in the morning, I saw that a back door was propped open.”

“I paid for 3 nights of which I was completely robbed of my money because I was forced to go to a different hotel. My Uber arrived a little past midnight at the hotel and their office was closed. There was no way to contact any one nor a way to check-in. I was stranded with all my belongings and no money because I had spent it on the room and the uber. Worst night of my life!!!”
