Cottage a The Black Hills

“We had a great time here! Place was clean and welcoming!”

“We loved the town of Custer and this charming house was right in the heart of it. We were able to walk to restaurants and shops. The location was also a perfect jumping off point for seeing the sites in the Black Hills. We went far and wide and decided our favorite excursion was a day in Custer State Park, where we saw Bison and Prairie Dogs and a host of other wildlife. It was awesome to come home each day to the peaceful little cottage where we ended the evening with a movie and then to bed....

“Cute little cottage with the perfect location! Close enough that Main Street Custer is within walking distance, but just enough removed from the main drag that it felt quiet and safe. Playground next door was a big bonus for the kids. House was clean and comfy.”

“Went on early season visit to Mount Rushmore and Custer state park. Beautiful area and we had the privilege of being first to stay at the property being renovated. Cottage was very nice and will be back.”

“We love it in the Black Hills this is our 3rd time at the Creekside location and 2nd time in this cabin, I see no reason to look anywhere else next year when we go. It is centrally located to everything we do down there. The cabin is nice and clean and feels very private.”

“We had a fantastic stay at the hideaway. It was quiet, clean, and very comfortable. We enjoyed not having to pack all the kitchen appliances, and we took advantage of the kitchen, cooking each night. We spent afternoons soaking up sunshine on the decks aftee hiking nearby trails. The location was perfect, so close to all the parks and monuments. It had everything we needed. We highly recommend!”

“Property is in a beautiful setting. Hot tub is great. Had what we needed in the kitchen and nice to have lots of towels for shower/hot tub. The reason for four stars is that the house had a lot of strong, plug-in fragrance things that we unplugged, but then the downstairs room had a really strong musty/moldy smell. Not sure how to address this without tearing out drywall, but fixing this would make it 5-star.”
