Hotel vicino a The Box - Plymouth

“Lovely hotel, great location, very comfortable bedding and spotlessly clean. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.”

“Clean room, helpful staff, appropriate amenities. Parking was a little issue but this was outside of the staff’s control and they provided appropriate alternative parking as our initial space was taken by a member of the public”

“Clean and comfortable guest house, very close to the promenade on the sea, 15 min walk to city center. Nice guests”

“Very clean and tidy. Nice people. Very good breakfast. Good position.”

“Close to the centre but with limited area for car park.”

“Beautiful hotel”

“Very nice Breakfast and good service.”

“In ottima posizione, tranquillo, colazione fantastica. Ti senti a tuo agio.”

“The apartment was really lovely and as described and perfect for our birthday celebration. Unfortunately, when we arrived there was a lot of broken glass all over the balcony which we didn’t realise until we stepped on it barefoot. Security wouldn’t let us in to get to the apartment and we had to...

“To be honest, I was expecting a little bit more when it said condo. My room is a converted outbuilding about the size of a garage although all the other rooms seem to be in the main building and look a lot larger. The good points close to the city close to the train station is access to shops there is Parking around the corner for £10 for 24 hours and it was quite quiet where I was. The bad not terribly clean dead flies all on the windowsill. The dish cloth had Brown stains all over it the half...

“Staff was easily approachable and good communication”

“My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The environment around the hotel did not feel pleasant, with many homeless people around the area. I understand that homelessness is a serious issue, but as a paying hotel guest, I expected the surroundings and overall atmosphere of the hotel to feel more welcoming and secure. The service was also very poor. The following morning, my wife and I went for breakfast and there was nobody available to assist us for more than five minutes....
