“Okay for the price”

“No ac, and the fire alarms going off. The front desk did say they would not charge us for the 6 days we had reserved. One night we had to find another hotel and after the 3rd night we checked out and went to a 3rd hotel but the manager is refusing to answer when Expedia calls to confirm that there were issues. I even tried to call and was put on hold. After 30 mins, no one ever returned to the call.”

“I love staying at this hotel. Since my condo having renovations being here is close to being home. Very quiet and the staff is always helpful and it’s clean. My only issue which is minor sometimes when I want to stream a movie the apps on the smart tv don’t work.”

“Perfect experience beginning to end. From the price, staff and amenities to the location and surrounding community my experience here was exceptional. I came for a NIN concert and left with a far better experience than I ever could have imagined.”

“The locationof the hotel is not in a safe area. We heard people talking at all hours or the night. In the morning I went to the lobby and they had allowed two homeless people to sleep in the lobby on sofas”

“3 out of 4 elevators were out of service. The room service did not provide any coffee pods for our room, no cream either. The elevator stunk like stagnant dirty water. The front desk staff was rude, and barely begrudgingly helpful. The ice maker was leaking all over the floor. The coffee in the lobby was old and bad tasting. They cleaned our room only once in 4 days.”

“Bathroom was filthy; big balls of hair behind the bathroom door; only had towels/washcloths one day, was told it was my responsibility to let the cleaning staff know by 9:00 a.m. (went to Dollar Store to buy our own towels and washcloths). The smell on the 1st floor hallway was terrible; it reeked of urine. Will not stay there again!”

“This property is a nightmare of dated motels. There was literally nothing clean or positive about this place except I applaud the staff for their amazing positive and helpful service.”

“Rug has never been cleaned. The mattress was awful. I was treated horribly when I arrived and charged a higher price than what was quoted by Expedia. I was told I could leave if I didn’t pay the higher price. I was required to provide a deposit . After almost two weeks week deposit was finally refunded but I had to get my credit card company involved. I called the hotel but never get an answer . May be the worst hotel experience ever”

“I did not expect the status I saw this time at all no help at all as no staff available to give a hand We have to bring our luggage in the hotel and inside the hotel same to bring down and take to car ourselves Food in bfst quite poor also but may be this is the standard for such hotels nowadays”

“The area felt a little sketch, the property seemed a little dated, and certain parts seemed a little rundown. We encountered a drunk man on the elevator and out in the parking lot. In general, just did not feel like the safest place to stay.”

“Honestly, this place surpassed expectations. The place was clean, great breakfast compared to similar hotels, the staff personnel were friendly and the temperature of the facility during this hot summer was nice and cool. All around 2 days well spent with breaking the bank.”
