“The hotel staff was incredibly kind and responsive. The property was pretty beat up including guest rooms and especially hallway and lobby furnishings. There were layers of stains on the chairs in the breakfast area. Again, the staff was great and worked hard to make our experience pleasant, including bringing us extra blankets in the evening and keeping the breakfast buffet stocked. The hotel ownership needs to invest in the property to go with the amazing people who work there.”

“Our phone didn’t work and we couldn’t raise the blinds in our room. When we told the staff they told us to use our cell phones and maintenance would take care of it tomorrow and offered to move us to a room on the fourth floor while the elevator wasn’t working. They didn’t know there is a remote to raise the blinds. We found out when we checked out.”

“this was my fourth vist in the last three months at this location it is a good place only issue is while they said second elvator is fixed never opened in the ten times I used the elevator so I think they just took the out of service sign down only other issues I have is a funny one booked king bed room and they hung a large picture over the towel hanger in the shower so close to the rack you can't use the towel rack there are two other hooks so no big deal but really ?
