“Severe smell of urine in the room and dog poop on the floor. When called the desk, Kevin informed me, that he is the only one at the property and he is not going to clean that. After informing me that in 5 years of him working there, nobody ever complained and he simply hang up the phone on me. Highly recommend to have a better staff training on how to communicate with the customers effectively and provide more people on side in PM hours. ”

“Updated and modern, wooden floors are nice si that there’s not that typical carpet small that most hotels have. Clean and bright. Unsustainable using all plastic and throwaway. Breakfast was fine, coffee subpar ”

“Room was clean the 2 people I talk to were very helpful. Breakfast needs to be until 10am other than that it wasn’t a bad place to stay. ”

“Breakfast was awesome, staff great, hot tub was hot. My only problem was the housekeeping staff woke me up at 7 or 8am on checkout day, They came in twice, then called twice and then came in one more time. That part was weird and aggravating, but the rest of the visit was amazing. Hopefully they figure out the housekeeping issue. I recommend this hotel. ”

“We always make our reservation in advance and I would highly recommend you do that. When we arrived at 7 pm the hotel was full with no more vacancies. That gives you an idea of all aspects of the hotel-excellent! PS: The breakfast buffet has something for everyone including make-your-own waffles. There are hot foods, cold foods, oatmeal w toppings, bagels w cream cheese, muffins and much more. There is an attendant to insure visitors they have everything they need. “Not at all, the breakfast menu was horrible, No hot food, no bacon ham eggs no juices. any fruits Coffee broiled many hours ago, can’t drink I never seen hotel breakfast menu like this. ”

“The breakfast was nice and fresh. Even though I booked it a half hour before I got there, there were chocolates with a welcome personalized note on the bed for us and in the morning a thank you note. They definitely went the extra mile. Clean very cute. Would 100% recommend anybody?”

“Airport shuttle was punctual and driver very friendly. Front desk staff were nice and breakfast was good.”
