She was also extremely accommodating with helping us find the right rooms to fit my families needs. The hotel was extremely clean, comfortable, and every staff member serviced us with a smile. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that is looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a friendly staff. ”

“The location was perfect for attending a game at the Bank of America stadium and within walking distance to lots of other areas downtown. Safe and clean, very spacious and the lobby smelled amazing. The only down side was only one elevator was working which made waiting a little longer and the cooling system is a bit dated without a numbered thermostat, only says cooler or warmer. Otherwise it was an awesome stay and we will book it again!! ”
