“We requested a 2 queen bed room - was called the day of check in to see if we would like to switch to a one king bed and if we would be willing to make the change, they would waive our parking for the extent of our stay. They called me back saying that was an error and that we would actually just be in the original room we reserved.
Upon arrival which ended up being much later than anticipated due to travel issues, we arrived to a room with only ONE queen bed.
In addition, it was 78 degrees...

“Above average breakfast and very nice staff.
However…. 1. The parking garage situation was a mess. Stunningly inefficient. 2. There aren’t stairs you can use to go up to your room so there was always a line to use the elevator. 3. The shades were broken in the room so we could get it dark at night not open up fully to bring light in the morning.”
