“I must thank the customer service staff here; they helped guests check in smoothly! Although the room was a bit old, the front desk staff's enthusiasm was enough to keep guests coming back. The only downside was some hair on the pillow, but that was a minor issue, and the staff provided new pillowcases.”

“This was such a beautiful hotel.. the lobby alone with the beautiful decor and sitting areas were so cozy and pretty. The hotel was very clean, the hallway to my room smelled so fresh. My room was also very clean. Smelled nice and the bed was super comfortable. The walk in shower was a nice touch. Didn’t get to use the pool. I did order from The small restaurant near the lobby.. it was convenient so I didn’t have to leave to get food ”

“There were warm chocolate chip cookies when we arrived. The facility was clean but we smelled it when people indulged in smoking pot which we didn’t like. Smelled it in hall and elevator. Smoke free should include pot I would think. We were disappointed that the menu for the restaurant online was nothing like the menu in real life, which had a pub like faire and not the variety seen online. The chef was accommodating and made me some risotto which was good. If you’re looking forward to enjoying...

“The staff was very nice. The room itself was outdated with stained and peeling walls. The room was cleaned well, but it really needs to be updated. The hotel also smelled like weed the entire night. I know this is not the hotel's fault, but really frustrating that I could smell that in my room all night.”
