“Nice staff clean rooms. Everything went well.”

“Staff were super helpful about everything, and always attending to everyone. The only negative was just that my carpet in the room had a big sticky area that needed to be carpet cleaned. I let them know when I left and they said they would have the carpets cleaned.”

“Disgusting, bugs, guy was asleep and charged me twice (refunded me with no problem) but I guess you what you pay for for $50.”

“We didn’t get the room we reserved. I assume due to us checking in late, approx. 10pm. We reserve a king but were told they only had double queen available. Otherwise, our stay was good.”

“The bathroom was outdated and the toilet ran all night. The room looked old and not fresh and inviting. The place to hang coats/clothes was open to the room, but more importantly, not very sturdy.”

“Our room was very clean and had all the necessary items from shampoo, conditioner to coffee. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Breakfast was great with anything from eggs, sausage, gravy to pancakes and hot cinnamon rolls. The cost was very reasonable also. We will definitely be staying at Holiday Inn at Concord, NC when we come back down. Thank you.”

“Spend 7 days there no one cleaned the room when I ask they say my floor only cleaned on Thursday I asked for towels and soaps never get it ask for extra pillows never get it no blanket was in the room”

“The Internet was down when we first arrived, but the staff were super transparent and kind when they told us that they were unable to check us in. When we were able to check in, everything was seamless and comfortable and the rates weren’t bad either. I’d definitely stay here again when I’m in the area :D”
