“I love staying here this was our third time, the only complaint I had this time I did find some old snacks and pieces of food on floor under the bed and couch area, it was not much but it’s something that I did not like. Not that any hotels offer this so it’s not a complaint but I wish places like here that have a pool would have life jackets to use in the pool area as I did forget my sons this time. I do recommend this place and will stay here again. ”

“I went to this hotel for business, it turned out to be quite a pleasant experience. The only unpleasant tree was the fact that you had to pay for food in the marketplace other than that, though it was fantastic.”

Spoke with representative from Hilton who confirmed that I was able to book this location as a local for my family and I, check in went smooth, staff was very friendly. Room was clean,neat and spacious. Was able to de stress!”

“The property was beautiful and what I would expect from an Hampton Inn and suites. The staff was funny, friendly and attentive enough. The room was nice, but there are definitely some areas where there could be some repainting specifically the bathroom door. However, the room was clean, the bed soft and comfortable. “I would love for this property to be renovated so it looks as nice as Embassy Suites Uptown Charlotte. Our check in was good! Trey was phenomenal and his customer service was top tier! It’s always an event there like family reunions. I don’t like to hear kids running and being loud outside the rooms and breaking in front of you to crowd the elevators.”

“Was a very nice hotel. Room was okay. Door was hard to open and close. Key didn’t work everytime. Bed was so so. Felt like it was leaning to one side. “We have stayed here several times due to racing at the Speedway. Always clean, helpful staff. No complaints. The area has lots of things you can walk to including several restaurants. The area near the mall seems to be a bit sketchy. We were always so busy we weren't really out and about after dark, but keep this in mind. Would stay here again.”
