“聞きしに勝るホスピタリティに感動しました。ハレクラニは初めてのステイでした。また訪れたいです。 1つ残念に思ったことがありました。水が美味しいことで、ビールも美味しいのだと思っていましたが、部屋のお水があまり美味しくなかったです。なぜなのか、とても疑問に思いました。 ともあれ、とても寛げました。 ありがとうございました”

“Staff was very attentive and polite. The resort sits right in the middle of Waikiki. Only down side was meals were less than filling. For the cost I feel that the food and portion size were small. Breakfast was very unsatisfying however the restaurant called Eggs & Things is only two doors down. Overall stay was 4.5 star”

“Great resort for families. Out family of 6 was comfortable in a 2 room suite. Having a kitchen was awesome to prepare breakfast for everyone before heading out on our adventures. Room was also very quiet and overall excellent!”

“The apartment was great. It was plenty of room for 5 adults and 1 teen. The full kitchen was great and has everything we needed to cook meals. It was very neat and clean and even had all the small stuff I forgot like shampoo and body wash. Danielle was great and responded to my texts swiftly. The balcony was going to be closed, but plans changed and she was able to get the outside furniture put back out side right away after we checked in. “The room we paid for was an ocean front Luxury room and we were put in a partial ocean view. We I asked I was told we were given an upgrade. I did my research and this was definitely not an upgrade. The rooms are outdated, except the kitchen and bathroom counter tops, and the appliances looked newer. The bed was very hard and the pillows were very small for a king bed.
