“To be honest, the room I stayed was nothing special but it was good enough. The hotel has rooftop pool and free-breakfast is included. There are beautiful mature around the hotel. There is a English-speaking stuff and he looked after me well.”

“If I could give this place more stars I would. Honestly can’t say enough good things about our stay here. We got in late after an overnight bus and the owner came and picked us up from the bus stop. The place was well kept, and extremely beautiful. He also kept our bags the whole next day while we did a cave tour and even dropped us off at the train station after.”

“Very friendly family run hotel. I really enjoyed my 3 nights at Paradise Hotel. Everybody I met were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C worked well. The room was quite large for the price paid. Prices for good food and drinks were great. They booked me a tour for amazing day at the Caves which I really enjoyed. If I get back to Phong Nha, I will definitely stay at Paradise Hotel again. Thank you everybody for giving me an enjoyable experience.”

“No breakfast provided. Some problens with AN and plumbing but this was repaired quickly. good location across the river from old quarter. Easy and reliable grab access. Limited food nearby but one good place a fwe minutes walk. Price very good. There is no "view'. ”

“The rooms were big, spacious and clean. Breakfast was a good and basic. I enjoyed the banana pancakes. But I found the female owner wasn’t very friendly unless you booked tours with her. We hired bikes and grabs to get to the caves and points of interest. We didn’t join any tours, she stopped talking to us. The male owner was very pleasant and was lovely to deal with. ”

“The host was really nice and helpful! He arranged a day trip for us to see caves. Rooms were nice and clean, we only had a small problem with the heat during the nights. It got quite hot unfortunately ”
