“Great location gardens and outdoor space immaculate. We ate in the bar which was good and breakfast had a great range. Unlike Pullman hotels I was disappointed with Foxtel and tv in the room not working - no signal. Spa bath also was broken.”

“Cockroach in bathroom in the middle of the night. Awful smell from the bathroom drain that we ended up putting small towels over it to stop the smell. Mould spores and mould on curtains in lounge room. They put us in a room directly across from the golf club and restaurant. From 4.30am very loud noises and people congregating behind my bedroom window talking loudly. Told reception who couldn’t care less and that’s it’s a golf resort so what do you expect. Still they are happy to take your $400...

“Reception was very hard to get hold off called and emailed numerous times to say we would be arriving afyer 6pm . Left voice messages and nobody called back . Floors weren't vacuums properly as you could feel dirt under feet , bathroom was mouldy and cornice was coming away from ceiling”

“We had a lovely stay at Beachcomber Toukley. Our room had a wonderful view overlooking the pool and the lake, which made our stay even more relaxing. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The only downside was that the small sofa in the room had quite a few stains on it, which made it look worn and could do with a thorough clean or replacement. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Thank you for a great experience!”
