“It’s a good clean room, but not value for money. Breakfast is also very basic”

“A perfectly serviceable place to stay. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. We had to turn down the A/C but that’s always a matter of preference. The staff were very friendly. The breakfasts were just okay — we really don’t expect much. We’d definitely stay at the hotel again.”

“Place is very run down and clearly was just recently reopened. Renovations are currently underway but until then, the place is not great.”

“The black out curtains did not close over the window and the parking lot light was right outside. There was a crack in the bathtub and the carpet felt dirty.”

“The front lobby seemed updated and clean, and the staff were lovely. However, our room had a musty smell, almost as if it was a smoking room for 20 years and had recently been cleaned, but you could still smell it. The carpet seemed crunchy and dirty and just overall was a lot more budget hotel than I was expecting for a Best Western.”

“Posizione dell'hotel buona per raggiungere Buffalo o Niagara Falls (30 minuti in auto). Personale piacevole e molto disponibile: vengono organizzati spesso momenti di convito -facoltativi- per socializzare (merende o cene a buffet). Pulizia generale buona, da rivedere alcune lenzuola. Ambienti ottimi, peccano un poco per il rumore del frigorifero (presente nella nostra camera) e del condizionatore; la strada vicina non si sente.”

“We chose this hotel because it is within walking distance to the Key Bank Arena. We were in Buffalo for the Journey Concert and it was so easy to walk to and from the hotel. The hotel itself was okay - strange entrance into the building which also housed other businesses and we had to lug our suitcases down the stairs to get to the check-in desk (from the parking lot). Very plain hotel, sterile. Check-in staff was great.”

“property was very run down. Rooms smelled like mold and smoke. very old carpet in room. old bed covers. Pool was closed. Front staff was rude. Didnt even stay, checked out and left after 5 min. they wouldn't refund the booking. Front staff was yelling. Dont book this hotel!!!”
