“Ottima struttura e confort. L'unica cpsa cje rovina tutto è il servizio. Cercano di fregarti in ogni passo. All'arrivo chiedevano i soldi seconda volta per la seconda persona, nonostante avevamo mostrato una conferma scritta della prenotazione. Avevamo die colazioni pagate, ma siccome partenza era alle 4:00, non ci avevano fatto fare la colazione all'arrivo ed alla fine abbiamo pagato due colazioni ma usufruito solo una. La cosa fonale delle sorprese dell'hotel- è che non chiamano i taxi normali...

“The hotel is beautiful outside and inside. Wonderful rooms, clean, confortable, silent, with city views. Good wifi. We had some problem to find the English TV channels and it was immediately resolved by Mr. Zahid Chowdhury, the General Manager, who is a gentle and helpful person. “Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo, ottima posizione e personale gentilissimo. Dovrebbero però usare più attenzone sui dettagli perché un sono cuscino per un letto matrimoniale, saponetta o shampoo non in dotazione o altri dettagli non lasciano in buonumore.”

“L'Hotel e' situato in posizione centralissima. Le stanze sono ampie e pulite. Il personale e' professionale e cordiale. La colazione a buffet e' adeguata rispetto al suo standard. Ottimo e gratuito il servizio navetta per l'aereoporto (risparmiate piu' 20 euro)”

“The hotel is quite new, and the staff was very friendly. There were some minor issues in my room, such as light switches not working properly but in general I had a very good stay. The breakfast buffet is small but more than enough, with veggies, egg, toast, etc. The hotel is not exactly in the city center, but approx. 20mins walking distance to Sükhbaatar Square, which is easilg manageable. A supermarket is right next to the hotel which is very convenient. ”

“Buona struttura, migliore rispetto ad altre prenotate da familiari. Buona pulizia delle camere e nel contesto le stesse di buona qualità. Addetti alla reception molto disponibili per il ceck-in anticipato e nel cambio della camera per aggiunta di un nuovo ospite. Buona anche la colazione, sebbene pagata per tre notti ma usufruite tutte.”

“Worst experience I've ever had travelling abroad. I paid for the breakfast but every morning it was either late (it was supposed to be served at 7am but never happened before 8.30am) or not available. It was impossible to adjust room temperature, there were old seprate taps in the shower and most personell didn't speak English. One night some strangers entered my room with another key: the day after I asked the reception to check what happened (there was CCTV) but they did nothing.”

“Da migliorare sicuramente la colazione. C'è sia quella di tipo orientale che americana però troppo ripetitiva e con poca frutta fresca. Personale molto accogliente e disponibile. Rapporto qualità / prezzo buono rispetto ad altri hotel in zona”
