“The hotel is in an amazing area so many things within walking distance. The views from the rooms wasn’t anything spectacular. The room in itself is super nice, the bed is cozy. There is not a refrigerator to be able to have drinks. There is not an ice machine conveniently located. They advertise having room service however there is not a room service menu to review to be able to order a room service. We stayed at the hotel for five days. “There was no where to store anything. No dressers no fridge nothing! Charging high prices for parking. Room won't go past 68 degrees because they've locked the ac units from going past it, and honestly the aesthetic is terrible. 2/10”

“The decor was nice, friendly and helpful staff, good location and off street parking(for a fee). It was close to some major attractions, within walking distance to shops and food. The breakfast was typical hotel breakfast, with a good variety including waffles. Checking in was quick and easy. The staff were helpful and friendly. Good experience. ”

“Great location and easy to get to. Quick walk and you're right downtown by all the bars, Bridgestone arena, and Country Music Hall of Fame. Room was very clean, and the bathroom was pretty large. Loved the bluetooth mirror!”
