“100% recommendation the Gilmore! Room was comfortable and clean. We had a nice view of 12th from our balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful! The area is walkable to shops and restaurants. Short uber ride to Downtown Nashville.”

“We really loved this place. It is just a short distance (a couple blocks) from the beautiful Belmont University. We did a Hop-on Hop-off bus that we caught at Belmont University's Belmont Mansion. The harmony House is in historic Music Row which makes it kind of cool. The room was very clean and well stocked. It felt very homey. I give it 5 stars. “We had a rain pipe leaking very annoying informed management”

“This is a very nice hotel! They have a free shuttle that will drop you off or pick you up with 1.5 miles! There was one time it was not available due to them needing to charge the vehicle. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfy. The staff was very nice.”

“From the front door bell men, the check in desk, restaurant and housekeeping everything was a 10. Matthew the Concierge and the drivers ( free rides up to 4 miles for drop offs in a Mercedes SUV) AMAZING 🌟”

“The rooms were amazing, I was totally blown away it had a washer and dryer so helpful. I just wish they carried like sandwiches or other small items to eat instead of just junk food in their coolers downstairs. This was the first hotel and again before we left Nashville absolutely beautiful.”

“Nice hotel but the only drawback is no room service - we had to go out to get coffee in the morning. They have in room coffee maker but need their special bags. The Nash Restaurant was nice, great staff! It is located downstairs from the hotel. Room was clean, beds were great! Quiet except for the girl arguing with her boyfriend in the hall lol!”

“When I walked in to the room, there was a slight smell. Not trash. Not sewer. I didn’t think much of it even though it was quite strong. When I woke up this morning, I found one cockroach on the floor. I put it in the toilet. When I was getting dressed, I found two more dead cockroaches in the bedroom area. I left them as they were and took pictures. I found a leg of a cockroach in the kitchen area. I’ve stayed at this hotel numerous times and this has never been the case. I did speak privately...
