“Asked for every other day housekeeping and they came everyday anyhow. Room had no Do Not Disturb sign so i went to the desk to get one and hung it on door. Housekeeping came in anyways and cleaned room again.”

“I will NEVER book at courtyard in Georgia ever again! I never get the room I book and then the water is not hot! My air conditioner was not working. Assigned an accessible room when I didn’t book it. Elevator went out. It was just horrible! Then they only gave me 10,000 points back which isn’t even 10$ worth of cash. I won’t ever!”
