The staff didn't hesitate and just asked if I wanted to be on a lower or higher floor then handed me my keys. The room was clean. Ample amount of parking. Free full breakfast and delicious hot coffee. My first time staying here but definitely won't be my last. I think this will be my go to hotel when I'm in the Syracuse area. “As with many other Comfort Inn properties, this facility was average at best. Due to limited availability in the area, I ended up paying a significant amount ($1,200 for a 3-night stay) which made the overall experience even more disappointing.
