“Close to interstate- super friendly staff. Noisy hallways at 1 am, and parking lot is shared with other businesses which was a bit weird. Breakfast was solid. Overall, a good stay and good vibe.”

First no one is at the desk, you have to ring a bell and wait, then we were told our room wasn't ready, it would be another half hour, then there was no cart to bring our baggage in because there was only one and apparently someone had it in there room. “Hotel itself is fine - typical Hampton Inn. In fact I’d just said to my wife “I’ve never had a bad experience at a Hampton.” Spoke too soon. I prepaid for a night through Expedia for a young colleague of mine who does. Or have a credit card. He was supposed to arrive at 5pm. His flight from Philadelphia was cancelled and he had to rent a car and drive 5 hours to Syracuse. That night before I went to sleep I went to the front desk and explained the situation. “The staff was fantastic. We had a problem with the AC in our room and they moved us to another room very quickly. The hotel went through recent renovations and it looks great. Breakfast was also good. Pricing is very reasonable. Totally will recommend it.”
