“Stayed for two nights and a weekend break for two. Location is excellent but it is on Steep Hill and it’s named that for a reason. We couldn’t drop off outside parked down the hill which was a big mistake. Make sure you park above the place. The room was excellent and was clean and tidy with all the facilities you could want. The cafe is underneath and has great coffee and friendly service and you get 10% discount as a guest. Highly recommended and a great location to explore wonderful Lincoln. ”

“Really great rooms, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms. Everything was clean and in good working order. The staff were really nice, letting us drop our bags off prior to check in. The area is really quiet so a good night's sleep was had. The hotel is 10 mins walk away from the city centre.”

“We have stayed here twice now - and was more then pleased with everything on the first visit, on the second we had a room facing the car park and not the marina as last time, so that was a little bit disappointing. Also a gas pipe on the wall outside kept making noise thruout the night.
