“Lucky we decided not to take dog with us as the garden wasn’t safe & secure as fence was broken on site parking is not on site it’s first come first served no smoke or carbon monoxide detectors a lot of cobwebs a strong smell of dog floor in master bedroom very bouncy floor when walking over also bed mattress very hard & lumpy the switch for bedside lamps hard to access to switch on off & can’t see on advert it’s a upside down house ”

“Cosy old inn with a lovely atmosphere. Room was nice with a great walk-in shower. Friendly staff, great food and dog friendly. Perfect location for exploring Dartmoor. Would happily return.”

“I Booked online i had a confirmation email !! when i got there they didn't know anything about it i also showed the women the confirmation email and still didn't get anywhere. i spent most of the night looking for a hotel to stay at but everything was booked i would not recommend this hotel at all ”

“We booked a suite as we were staying 3 weeks. Room was clean, and functional and loved all the extra space and 2 TV'S. The room was a bit dated. Bed was spring mattress..no topper, but had no issues sleeping. Carpet was a bit stained, but was kept clean from housekeeping. Has a small issue with toilet not flushing properly, but was fixed by the time we returned to our room. Housekeeping staff were top notch, and assisted with anything we requested right away.
