Holland House è una casa sulla spiaggia confortevole, lussuosa e onesta. Un posto per rilassarsi, leggere, ascoltare musica.

E, naturalmente, guardare il mare. Quando è stata l'ultima volta che hai notato davvero il mondo intorno a te? Sarai ispirato. Le aree abitative a pianta aperta consentono una vista da milioni di dollari sulla "Baia dei fuochi".

Immagina pigramente sui grandi cuscini. Non fare nulla, semplicemente sentire ed essere consapevoli.

Riguarda la vita semplice in un posto bellissimo. Vedrai che la bellezza è ovunque.

Holland House è elevata sopra la terra su sottili colonne d'acciaio come se potesse essere strappata dal sito senza lasciare alcuna prova della sua esistenza. Rispetto alla natura in questo luogo: terreno accidentato e clima splendido.

L'acqua piovana viene raccolta e conservata in un serbatoio e riutilizzata. Il riscaldatore a combustione lenta nella zona giorno riscalda l'intera casa. E i pavimenti e i ponti sono tutti in legno di wandoo di eucalipto riciclato, proveniente da un capannone di cesoiatura dell'Australia occidentale.

Holland House è composta da due camere da letto al piano superiore, ognuna con un letto di qualità da hotel queen size. Una terza cameretta ha un letto singolo della stessa qualità dei nostri letti matrimoniali.

Il tuo letto è fatto comodamente prima del tuo arrivo. Il lino è tutto bianco e molto nitido.

La vista dal lato dell'oceano della camera da letto principale è mozzafiato. Se ti piace alzarti presto, apri le tende e osserva il sole sorgere. Benvenuti all'inizio di ogni nuovo giorno.

Il nostro bagno con doppio lavandino e doppia doccia con accessori Vola è al piano superiore, così come l'armadio Happy con gli asciugamani da bagno e da spiaggia. Shampoo, lavaggio del corpo e lavaggio delle mani sono marchi esclusivi e. g. Rituali.

La sala da pranzo è al piano inferiore con la cucina ben attrezzata. La dispensa è fornita di prodotti secchi per la vostra convenienza. La zona giorno espansiva si apre ai ponti. Un secondo bagno è al piano terra.

Il Baby Weber BBQ è installato sul ponte della strada. Fortunatamente ha un coperchio, quindi nessun opossum può rubare il tuo cibo!

This house was exactly what we needed for some time away. Right on the beach with spectacular views….I think we got the best house at The Gardens. Played games with the kids, walked along the beach everyday and relaxed and enjoyed this wonderful space.

Outstanding property with magical views.

Holland House is not just a beautiful place to stay it is an experience. Words can not describe this property it was truly amazing. From the art to the sound system nothing was forgotten. Highest quality throughout the whole house from the beautiful toiletries to the linen it felt like you had been invited into someones home, it was a magical couple of days. Thanks Matt so much for all your help and hospitality. Most of all thank you for allowing others to stay in your beautiful property. We can't wait to return.

The Holland house is the best place my wife and I have stayed at hands down. There’s nothing I can even say to improve or better it. The house itself has everything you could possibly need. It’s clean, has modern and quality fittings throughout, all whilst maintaining a homely holiday house feel. The view is superb, second to none! The beautiful light blue water is enjoyed not just from the kitchen and living room, but outdoor deck and master bedroom! You can hear the waves and ocean at all times, nothing nicer to fall asleep or wake up to. We will definitely be coming back as soon as possible. Matt the host was very accommodating, kind and a pleasure to deal with, thanks Matt!

Aqua marine bliss

We rented this elegant, contemporary on the beach house to celebrate a 50th birthday. The house is beautifully situated to showcase the Bay of Fires, with an expansive deck giving uninterrupted 180 degree views of the Beach: white sand, the red rust beach boulders, and turquoise waves. Breathtaking. The main bedroom also faces the beach, and waking up to this view, with the small surf waves lapping was fantastic. The hosts have done a great job in designing and appointing the house, which had everything we needed and more. A great place to celebrate and relax. Highly recommended.

Stunning views, a magical place.

As a family of four we were very comfortable. The weather was beautiful, the beach divine and we were swimming daily. Beautiful sunrises over the water and relaxing times spent on the deck as the sun went down. We had a few visiting pademelons during our stay each evening. Thanks for introducing us to this amazing part of Tasmania!

Amazing

An amazing property in one of the most beautiful parts of the world. The whole set up of the accommdation was first class and we will definitley be back for a much longer stay next time (2 days is just not long enough). Beautiful views, wood heater, prisitne beach, wine, great local produce all complimented our stay at Holland House. A piece of heaven!

Thank you for sharing the gorgeous Holland House with us. The incredible views took our breath away. Everything about the house is perfect. Stunning design and all comforts provided. We had a blissful few days exploring the sublime beach which is just a few minutes walk away and then warming up by the log burner.

Position position

From the moment we arrived at Holland House I knew we were going to be happy. The home is presented so well with everything one would need. (Including a nice bottle of white chilled in the fridge .. thank you)! The views are to die for and the gorgeous sandy beach is beautiful. A wonderful place to stay summer or winter as the wood heater kept us very snug. Would totally recommend to others.
