“Close to highway, room was clean. No amenities , no coffee or continental breakfast as adv. rugs throughout need to be changed. Barking of dogs throughout the day and evening as people walking in hallway was greatest annoyance”

“it was conveniently located, in need of an renovation. The outside the room lighting was aggressively intense with no good way to block the light from coming in the room while sleeping. This gave the room an always daylight outside vibe which was not helpful for sleep.”

“Inside the room, it is renovated and everything is very nice. They’re still going under construction. It will be a very nice place after completion. I stayed one night and my experience was very nice. The Hotel reception guy he went out of his way to help me.”

“I did not actually stay at this property. I booked my reservation at approximately 4 PM on the day of check-in, in anticipation of driving about 4 hours to the property. Traffic delayed me and I arrived after 10:30 PM. The Expedia booking platform did not provide any area or mechanism to notify the property that I would arrive late and need late check-in assistance. “Horrible from beginning to end. No towels to shower and took over 5 hour from front desk to get some, dirty cups/utensils in room kitchen, told to get ice from bar but nobody was ever there. Phone didn’t even work properly and calling front desk option inactive. Ruined our Romaric getaway.”
