“The reception desk was very good at explaining how important it was to keep your car parked in between two ends of the hotel in order for you to avoid getting towed. Parking was close to the building and around the building. The front desk was able to find my reservation very quickly so I could tell that they were prepared. Another client has said that she was really busy but she still is very kind and happy. I really appreciated her positive customer service mindset. She explained different...
