“Our room was on the first floor across from the 24 hour laundry that's loud, with items clunking around in the dryer at all hours. Breakfast starts at 6a, with the waffle maker beeping every few minutes. We could clearly hear guests speaking in the hallway outside our door as clearly as if they were in our room. Not my idea of a good hotel experience, quite the opposite. I booked months in advance, checked in before 5p and was told this is the only available room! I find that hard to believe on...

“Made our reservation on Expedia, when we arrived at the hotel they indicated they had no reservation and had no room for us. Us. So we had to go elsewhere to find a room. Called Expedia to complain and they said a refund would be at the discretion of the motel. They said it would be up to us to work it out with a motel but they would advocate for us.”

“Didn’t like the first room. It smelled of smoke, the bathtub had hair, no phone to call office. After complaining to front office, our second floor room was clean, but no phone connection again and could not call front office to request a missing remote control for tv. On a positive note the front desk manager did her best to get the issues resolved. Price was right but Unfortunately I will not stay there again. I expected more from a Wyndham Hotel. So on a scale of one to ten, I give it a 3+.”

“Stanza che affacciava sul parcheggio, dotata di sole tende oscuranti (quelle notturna), la scelta è stata: zero illuminazione o zero privacy. La tenda del bagno non era impermeabile, quando ce ne siamo accorti il bagno era già tutto allagato. La “colazione” è stata la ciliegina sulla torta, allego alla recensione delle foto scattate alle 8 AM. ”

“Everything was ok except there’s only one mirror and when someone occupies the restroom it’s hard to finish getting ready. Everything else is ok”

“Muy buena experiencia, el personal amable y atento. El desayuno no es muy variado pero es fresco y tiene buen sabor. La piscina está bien limpia aunque no la utilizamos ya que estaba muy fría. Tiene chorrera pero estaba cerrada por clima. Pero muy buena experiencia ”
