“Beautiful rural location, quiet, peaceful, and private. Hot tub was clean warm and secluded wonderful view of wild deer roaming property as you soak in hot tub. Easy access to downtown Victoria and all the city has to offer. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Would not hesitate to book this wonderful BnB again. Thank you to Karl and Mandy for providing such a great BnB.”

“The room was massive, the staff were very friendly the view is insane!!! Didn't love there was no room service as there is no restaurant on site but there are a lot of restaurants in the area so it's fine you just need to bring snacks. ”

“The rooms are in an old heritage home that is two houses away from the pub/restaurant so quiet. Room was good size with lovely soaker tub/shower. No fridge though. Will stay there again. Restaurant excellent. ”
