“Room entrance door had a very strong closer, and did not have a way to hold it open. As this was a handicap room, it made it very difficult to get our luggage and ourselves into the room without being “knocked over” by the door. This could result in a personal injury. “The staff was very friendly and the gym was adequate. When I arrived the elevator was broken and I was on the second floor so a staff member carried my bag up for me. In the morning a staff member used a key card to attempt tocome in my room stating he thought the room was empty (I had the locking lock on the door) the shower water temperature was lukewarm at best.”

The room was clean and we loved the larger fridge. We did not eat at the breakfast buffet only because we were off to a family members house for breakfast on Easter but my husband got coffee and said it looked good.
